Shipping
Physical items and items that are currently in stock will be posted using Australia Post within 3 business days of receiving the online order.
Limited Edition Prints include free shipping Australia wide and are made to order. Please allow 3 weeks for printing and shipping directly from the print specialists. The Studio (comprising of me really!) aims to effect the shortest timeframe possible for your orders. I use for prints a local printing company and I am restricted a little by their capacity at the time.
Shipping Costs:
Domestic Australia - Shipping costs vary depending on the product weight and size using carrier Australia Post
International Shipping - Please contact Danielle using the contact form on the home page for a shipping quote.
Large paintings and commissioned artworks can be delivered using an art courier. The Studio uses Pack and Send for Australia and International delivery and are bound by their shipping policies. Please contact Danielle for a quote using the contact form on the home page.
Returns
Returns & Refund Policy
No refunds for change of mind once order is placed. Please contact Danielle directly if you have any concerns regarding your purchase.
Original Artwork & Limited Edition Prints
No returns or refunds on original artwork or commissioned artwork. All commissions are created as an interpretation of the client brief. Colours and details will vary as each piece is an original one-of-a-kind work of art.
No returns or refunds on limited edition prints as these are made to order and individually printed through a print specialist before being sent directly to the client.
Faulty or Damaged items
If your purchase has been damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging, as well as photographing the damaged product inside and email photographs to Cillamint_Studio@outlook.com with your concerns.
Lost items
Danielle Campbell will not be held responsible for items proven lost in transit. All packages will be sent registered post with the capacity to track your parcel via your phone number provided. You will receive confirmation that your package has been posted. Any lost items you will need to recoup from the postal service.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from cillamintstudio.com (the “Site”).
Personal information we collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
How do we use your personal information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
Sharing you personal Information
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described below and in previous paragraphs:
Cillamint Studio is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. We do not track
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
Data retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
